We deliver worldwide. In addition to the prices quoted, we charge for delivery including packaging per order

  • Within Germany: EUR 2.20

  • Worldwide: depends on the current conditions of Deutsche Post / DHL; see also:

The shipping costs are clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

There are no shipping costs for digital content (e.g. vouchers).

delivery time

As a rule, production takes about 3 working days and shipping within Germany 1-2 working days. However, as we cannot guarantee a delivery time of 5 days due to external influences, 6-9 working days are indicated on the product pages to be on the safe side.

Experience has shown that shipping times abroad vary between 3 to 10 working days, which is why we unfortunately cannot make any precise statements on this.

How does an exchange work?

In the event that you would like to exchange a book, postcards, art print and / or the audio piece, please send it to us via registered mail EINWURF (!) And a small note (email address, order number)

In your note, please also mention the product that you would like to exchange and the product that you would like to have.

If the product meets the requirements for an exchange and we have received any necessary differential payments, we will send you the exchange item. In the event that the price of the first item exceeds that of the exchange item, we will of course be happy to refund you the difference.

If the product meets the requirements for a return, we will be happy to refund the purchase price.

Please note that the standard flat-rate shipping fee will be deducted from your credit if your order value falls below the free shipping limit as a result of the return.

Do I have to pay for the shipping costs for my return?

Shipping costs, as well as any other costs that may arise in connection with the return to CatFish Publisher, are to be borne by the customer.

For any returns, we only recommend registered or insured shipping, as CatFish Publisher cannot accept any responsibility in the event that the post office loses a shipment. Please also note that we cannot accept unfree parcels.
